How Sugar Is Hidden on Food Labels
We all know checking food labels is an important part of staying healthy but did you know that not all food labels are very specific about how much sugar is really in there by using other sweeteners that you may think are healthier or a little bit better for you than regular sugar. BUT, you may be shocked to find out that most sweeteners raise the blood sugar at the same rate at regular sugar and can just as easily tell your body to start storing fat, so here are the sweeteners to check for when reading a food label.
